| Machinery Technician | Carry out maintenance, service and repair work for the following equipment:Process rotating equipment: Centrifugal and positive displacement pumps, diaphragm & metering pumps, screw pump, blower and fan, oil mist & lubricant systemsMajor machines: Centrifugal & reciprocating compressors, extruder, gas turbine generator, steam turbine driverHydraulic system: Hydraulic pump, marine and truck loading arms, hydraulic control system | For candidates with no working experience – Diploma in Mechanical EngineeringFor candidates with working experience – Minimum SPM with credits in English / English 1119, Mathematics and at least one Science subject (Physics, Chemistry, or Combined Science)Relevant work experience in the petrochemical or refining industry is an added advantageAn effective team player with good communication skills |
| Instrumentation & Electrical Technician | Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance work for the following equipment:Instrumentation: Process transmitters, programmable logic controller, supervisory control and data acquisitionElectrical: Motor, motor control center, variable frequency driveParticipate in reliability programs for all process instrumentation and electrical facilities | For candidates with no working experience –Diploma in Electrical or Electrical and Electronics EngineeringFor candidates with working experience – Minimum SPM with credits in English / English 1119, Mathematics and at least one Science subject (Physics, Chemistry, or Combined Science) Relevant work experience in the petrochemical or refining industry is an added advantageAn effective team player with good communication skills |
| Analyzer Technician | Commission, maintain and operate process analyzersProvide timely status updates for related equipment at analyzer shelters/houses and execute preventive and equipment breakdown maintenance workDevelop calibration and maintenance procedures and provide input for continuous improvement of process analyzers | For candidates with no working experience –Diploma in Electrical or Electrical and Electronics EngineeringFor candidates with working experience – Minimum SPM with credits in English / English 1119, Mathematics and at least one Science subject (Physics, Chemistry, or Combined Science) Relevant work experience in the petrochemical or refining industry is an added advantageAn effective team player with good communication skills |
| Power Distribution Technician | Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance work for electrical power distribution equipment such as gas turbine generator, switchgears, transformers, uninterruptable power supply and DC chargerConduct various electrical equipment health assessments such as TanDelta, high potential test and protective relay calibration | For candidates with no working experience –Diploma in Electrical or Electrical and Electronics EngineeringFor candidates with working experience – Minimum SPM with credits in English / English 1119, Mathematics and at least one Science subject (Physics, Chemistry, or Combined Science) Relevant work experience in the petrochemical or refining industry is an added advantageAn effective team player with good communication skills |
