MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR(MECHANICAL)
Educational Requirements:
Fluent Knowledge of English language (Speak, Read and Write)
Diploma from reputed institution or graduate in Engineering
Work Experience:
Must have good knowledge of safety requirements in Petrochemicals, Oil & Gas industries.
Must have minimum 10-15 years of work experience in a Petrochemical, Oil & Gas Plant. Plus more than 5 years as maintenance coordinator or supervisor.
Rich experience and knowledge of codes, standards, specifications, drawings and maintenance practices
Should have a thorough knowledge of pressure vessels, tanks. Columns, Trays, Furnaces, Exchangers and all type of Valves.
Must have a good knowledge and working experience in repair and overhauling of various rotating equipment (Multi Stage Pumps, Blowers, Reciprocating and Rotary Compressors, Gear Box, Agitators etc.). Must be well familiar with various alignment techniques.
Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), Maintenance programs, practices and procedures is essential.
Working experience in Shutdown and turnaround will be preferred.
Must have good knowledge of lifting/ rigging practice.
