Upstream Operations & Produced Water Handling Training Specialist
Role Scope:
• Develop Competency Frameworks, Competency Profiles & Training Catalogs for Operations & Water Handling job families
• Benchmarking against other NOC’s & IOC’s
• Review Learning Options & Learning Tools associated with the Competency Frameworks
• Rationalize available delivery methods and learning titles
• External Verifier for OJT and in-house course assessment
• QA/QC Technical Content of all courses and international attachments
• Review and develop programs for Graduate Engineers and Diploma Technician new hires
Minimum Requirements:
Technical/Engineering Degree (BSc or BEng) holder from a recognized university
Must had proven experience in developing and implementing Competency Frameworks, Learning Systems/Tools, Training Quality Assurance, Program and Curriculum Review and Design
Extensive knowledge and experience of upstream, on-shore operations (Gathering Centers & Produced Water Handling)
Minimum 15 years’ upstream experience in Operations field working with major International Oil Companies for 10 of those years.
Maximum age is 60 due to visa restrictions in Kuwait
