Construction Engineer Tank Farm Oil and Gas industry Job Nigeria

We have requirement for our Nigeria based large Operating Company in Oil and Gas industry.

Designation: Construction Engineer — Tank Farm

Overall, Purpose of the Role: Fabrication, installation & commissioning of Storage tanks, Structural Works and AG&UG pipng.

Overall, Role Description/Skill Sets:

• Excellent Knowledge in construction of Floating RoofTanks, Fabrication Drawing, P&ID, Isometric drawing, Piping I structure & API/ASME codes and standards.

• Hands on expertise in OST tank piping and structure fabrication & installation.

• At least 1 to 2 Nos of SOm & above dia Tanks construction and installation and commissioned from start to finish.

• Ability to carry out and monitor the construction of storage tanks and its related equipments.

• Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plan.

• Ability to manage the construction activity day to day basis, including monitoring labor force, sub-contractors, checking material, inspecting work and overseeing of quality control and daily reporting to Project Manager.

• Ability to maintain safety and capable to deal with any unexpected construction problem that may occur during project.

• Knowledge and understanding of fabrication (Rolling) This position is permanent in nature and one can look forward to long term association.
