We have an open vacancy for Commissioning Instrumentation & control lead onboard Offshore Support/Flotel Vessel with one of our clients.

Role & responsibilities :
– Commissioning Instrumentation & Control lead
– Safety leadership
– Ensure that inspection and testing is conform to project specification, locally applicable codes, and standards regulations.
– Manage loop testing preparation, execution, and completion phases.
– Manage SIF validation test, voter test and cause & effect.
– Manage FGS validation test, voter test and cause & effect.
– Ensure that supervisor and technicians review JSA or RA for safety environmental aspects, and emergency response plans.
– Ensure that job associated with MSDSs is available to personnel prior to work activity.
– Ensure follow-up records of the management of change (software or hardware) through the Asset guardian procedure.
– Maintain the software register updated.
– Ensure maintenance override or Temporary Links & Inhibitions through the Asset guardian procedure.
– Manage site acceptance tests for ICSS or Packages through vendor procedures and ASDS procedure (refer to ASDS (Automation System Digital Security).
– Ensure that personnel are fully trained to use AMS the integrated Hart device manager from Emerson. Personnel basic training shall be conducted onshore by Emerson prior to start loop testing.
– Ensure that instrument tools and consumables, are suitable and provided in sufficient quantities.
– Ensure that tools and devices for testing are in good condition, with a valid calibration certificate.
– Review the Punch List register and approve I&C punch category.
– Ensure that green line mark-ups are stored and documented prior to submit to Field Engineering for a final as built revision.
– Master copy shall always be kept consolidated and available.
