Site Supervisor (Offshore) for One of the Oil & Gas client based in Abu Dhabi
Must have worked in the same position either in UAE OR any MIDDLE EAST Countries.
Qualification : B.E/B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering
Salary : AED:12,000/PM plus AED:25/per work day offshore allowance while at site.

Working Hours : Offshore: 06:30 to 18:30 (1 hour lunch break) 7 days a week : Abu Dhabi: -7:00 to 15:00 (5 days a week)
Leave Rotation : 21 days paid leave with air ticket after 42 days.
Sponsorship : Under Agency sponsorship
Experience : 10 years relevant experience of which at least 5 years within the oil & gas industry.
Job Responsibilities:
Supervision of Contractor Staff:
• Directly responsible for effective coordination and monitoring of contractor staff and thereby facilitate timely completion of tasks as per required Quality/HSE standards. Site Implementation and close work monitoring with Contract terms .
Resource Planning:
• Identify material/equipment required for any departmental maintenance & management activities according to preventive maintenance schedule, work requisitions or notifications in urgent and emergency situations at offshore locations and coordinate with officials.
Inspection & Mitigation:
• Closely associate with PIMI-AUH and other Departments while supervising inspections, surveys & work assessments of facilities.
• Receive reports from subordinates and Contractors relating on status of equipment & related facilities such as tanks, pipelines, drainage pipes, supports, valves, firewater system and hydrants, shelters, cooling system, etc., and carry out periodic visits for accurate investigation & analysis.
• Analyze equipment threats and hazards, ensuring implementation of standard operating procedures.
Maintenance of Equipment & Facilities:
• Manage the maintenance of plant equipment/pipelines to the required standards.
• Review various inspections reports and prepare recommendations to ensure the provision of a timely response to all relevant emergencies/breakdowns and prompt corrective action is taken to ensure service availability/minimize production downtime.
Preventive Maintenance:
• Plan, monitor and control the implementation of preventive maintenance programs as required to decrease forced outages, and to maintain operational efficiency.
Patrolling:
• Carry out patrolling of facilities under their direct responsibility as per quality and safety standards.
Material Management:
• Monitor stock and usage levels of spares, consumables and materials
• Facilitate accurate procurement of stocks by participating in the technical evaluations of the merchandise and advising on the operational requirements.
